Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are the contract between you and Product Legion for your use of productlegion.com and the Product Legion platform. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Provider and Scope
The platform is operated by ⟨legal entity name⟩, ⟨street, postal code, city⟩, Switzerland (Product Legion). These Terms govern every use of the platform; you can reach us at info@productlegion.com.
2. The Service
Product Legion is an educational platform that helps you ideate, build and sell a digital product. It includes guided program steps, an academy, a community, mentorship, investor matching and a marketing suite, supported by AI-assisted tools. We continuously develop the platform and may change or discontinue individual features, provided the overall character of the service is preserved.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and take out the paid subscription on your behalf. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@productlegion.com if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
5. Subscription, Price and Renewal
The paid subscription costs USD 39.95 per month (plus any applicable taxes) and is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider Stripe.
The subscription includes a minimum commitment of 12 monthly payments. During these first 12 months it cannot be cancelled ordinarily; the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 6) and termination for good cause remain unaffected.
After the 12-month commitment the subscription automatically continues as a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing month already paid.
We may change prices for future billing periods. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and never apply to a commitment period that is already running.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of concluding it without giving any reason, by sending a clear statement to info@productlegion.com.
Because access to the platform begins immediately at your request, you owe a proportionate amount for the days on which the service was available to you before withdrawal; anything you paid beyond that is refunded.
7. Cancellation, Refunds and Failed Payments
Apart from the statutory rights in Section 6, subscription fees are non-refundable and the 12-month commitment remains binding. If a monthly payment fails, we retry the charge and notify you; if it ultimately cannot be collected, we may suspend or cancel the subscription, and unpaid amounts from the commitment period remain due. After the commitment period you can cancel at any time in the platform or by email — access then continues until the end of the paid month.
8. Your Content and Our Intellectual Property
Everything you create on Product Legion — your digital products, content and materials — remains yours. You grant us the non-exclusive licence required to host, store, display and process it in order to operate the platform, including showing it to the people you direct it to, such as visitors of landing pages you publish.
The platform itself — including the academy content, program structure, software and design — belongs to Product Legion or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right of use; you may not copy, resell or redistribute platform content.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for illegal, misleading or fraudulent purposes
- upload content that infringes third-party rights or is offensive, discriminatory or harmful
- harass other members or disrupt the community
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
- scrape, copy or resell platform content or data
10. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party services with their own terms — in particular Stripe for payments and Meta for ads you run through the marketing suite. Campaigns you run and products you sell are your own responsibility, including their content and legal compliance; we are not a party to contracts between you and the buyers of your digital products.
11. AI-Assisted Features
AI-assisted features generate suggestions automatically. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation — review it before you rely on it or publish it. AI output is assistance, not professional, legal, tax or investment advice.
12. No Earnings Guarantee
Product Legion is an educational platform. We provide knowledge, tools and guidance, but we make no promises about the results you will achieve. Revenue, income or success depend on your product, your effort and market conditions. Examples and testimonials show individual experiences, not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
13. Warranty and Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee that it is available at all times, free of errors, or fit for every individual purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damage (such as lost profits or lost data) is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Termination for Breach
We may remove content and suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, in particular Section 9. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — such as Sections 8, 13 and 16 — continue to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms with effect for the future, for example when features or legal requirements change. Material changes are announced by email or in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you may terminate as of the effective date. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of Product Legion in Switzerland. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions and mandatory places of jurisdiction of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
